Muting champion emotes

Muting a player really needs to mute the vocals of their champion's emotes. While some champion vocals are important cues that the enemy is about to attack, there is no reason to force us to listen to an endless barrage of Lux laughs. Or Heimerdinger interrupting himself three times per second to repeat the beginning of the same line. And I'm sure I've faced a few Threshes that wouldn't mind opting out of being reminded that they belong in a museum whenever they miss a hook.

Any sound can become incredibly irritating if spammed forever, and we should be able to eliminate these annoyances without having to mute everything else.

'Mute' is supposed to silence them. Just the patch before I tested it on Katarina to verify it worked, but I keep hearing it not working from people.

Either it has been entirely broken, it doesn't work on certain champions, or it's client specific and isn't working for certain people; whichever it is, it's a bug. Report it as such.

No. Stop being a chicken shit. That is team communication, and, if you don't like it I will report you.
