I Just Heard A Global Evil Laugh

But when I asked my teammates about it, they didn't hear it?? It def came from League and I've never heard it before. I was playing Ez (with the qt ace of spades skin) and as soon as I hit /laugh, he did an evil laugh? I don't know if it was coincidence. I have no other programs running. Is roit messing with me?

edit: I guess not global if no one else heard it. But I moved away from map and still heard it.
