Rammus
Give him some sounds, at least one sound you can control with CTRL 1 to 4. "YE" Would be fine.

RiotUtora3 votesYou know I've always wondered about how Rammus ended up with so few voice lines. Looking at the Korean lines it sounds like he says a few more things but not much: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzArqlrykUQ
Gear Kitty3 votesI may just be misremembering, but I think he used to actually have sounds for his /joke and /taunt, maybe even /laugh.
If you all DO get around to giving my little ball of pain some proper voice lines, can we please, PLEASE give him a unique taunt for all (or most) champions in the game, ala https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-8Q4PM4PXM

When the game was in beta, Cho'Gath and Rammus didn't really have voices, just place-holder things. Eventually, Cho got a voice, but Rammus's "OK" was so iconic by end of beta that they didn't want to touch it.
Live2LetDie1 votesIf I remember correctly they will never touch rammus sound becuase the person who did the voice passed away. I could be wrong though
Jeddy0173 votesDidn't the old voice actor for Nasus die & Riot replaced his VO.
