Bilgewater music in-game

Is it just me, or did riot add the bilgewater music so it plays in game? I looked at the settings and it seems like it was put there on purpose. i mean no offense to the creator of the song, its amazing, but it kept playing on and on in throughout my games. there isnt even a option to turn it down, or off. it distracted me a lot. i dont mind if its there, but pls let us fix the volume of it too
