RiotUtora3 votesWell shucks spharic - that is incredibly kind of you! - but i can only take part of the credit. You also need to thank Sebastien (ChemicalSeb) a composer here on the audio team. He and I did the Bard voice together with his fingers on the keyboard. Credit also goes to the entire Riot Audio team for providing feedback and ideas on how to improve on Bard's voice throughout development. Bard's voice sounded waaaay different when we first started on it.
Regardless - we're so happy to hear that you're enjoying it! It was so much fun to work on and one of the things I'm most proud of in my audio design career thus far.

Couple things - the audio was ripped from the game when Bard first hit PBE so there are some lines that weren't added yet. There are also several changes that were made to the first 10 lines or so that you hear in the video - layers were added to them.
You're also hearing the lines in batches: "No Meeps" first, then "One Meep", Two and then Three Meep lines. When Bard speaks in game he'll play a line based on how many Meeps are at your side - the more meeps you have the more musically complex the lines become.
For instance. Zero Meep lines have no flutes. Two Meep lines have multiple flutes that kind of dance around and follow each other musically.
Each tier of VO is in a different key so as Bard cycles through Meeps he'll also be cycling through different chord progressions.
