Well first off I would like to say hello to everyone since this is my first post. And Now i have a question, Are certain champions not suppose to use there voice for taunts/Jokes XinZhao For example Xin Zhao if you attempt to press CTRL + 2 or CTRL + 4, He laughs but it makes no noise? Is that suppose to happen or is it a potential bug or sound error?
