Warwick's E is really, really obnoxious.

The ability itself is totally fine, but the constant howling sound is grating regardless of whether or not you're the one playing him. I just shut my speakers off playing him today in ARAM for the first time in months because I had forgotten how annoying the constant "Awooooo!" is (and I considered toggling the damn thing off just to shut it up). Playing against him at low health, the biggest reason I would want to heal up is so the stupid sound will stop.

It should happen much, much less frequently than it does, because the sound effect for it is annoying and happening constantly.

Hey there - so sorry you're having an unfavorable experience when playing Warwick. I've had games myself where I as well thought the sound was slightly out of place at times. This is the kind of thing that will definitely get addressed if/when Warwick gets a rework. Until then it's difficult to go back and make these kinds of changes when we're all working on new content and fixing large bugs. Sorry that this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I just want you to know that as a player first and a Riot Audio Designer second, I understand and feel your pain.

I have never had this problem - i will chalk it up to another whiny ARAM player wanting the entire game to cater to them.

This is one of Warwick's "core identities" which is a thing that gets mentioned a lot in reworks. If Warwick is getting a rework, this needs to stay in some form. It's also an extremely important audio "read", so you know exactly when Warwick does or doesn't see you.

Really? That is one of my favorite parts about him. Every time anyone gets weak, they hear a howling in the distance. It really nails in the whole "predator" aspect of Warwick.

Warwick is sad right now. Devourer got nerfed so did the op smite ult but riot needs to go back and rebuff him cause he is so bad right now espicially if they are not going to rework him anytime soon. There is no reason to pick him over vi right now his ult does no damage and his w is weak and his e is just a poor ability. I liked playing him season 4 now he just feels like trash.

My brother and I love WW just because of that E. It's a psychological mechanic, affecting the players directly. It tells the enemy players that you know they are there and you could be coming for them. It also indicates to your team that there's a chump ready to be executed nearby. I love that howl.
