@Riot Musical Copyright question

I'm the editor on an amateur student short film project (one of several our class is doing right now). It's a 3-4 minute comedy piece in a dojo/zen type environment, and I'm trying to find some Asian-themed music to go along with it (I'm specifically thinking about this year's Lunar Revel login music). Would I need to go through certain channels to legally use the music for a project like this? or is it fine as long as Riot and/or the appropriate composer (most likely Christian "Praeco" Linke?) is credited? If it helps, this short film is low-to-no-budget, and is not being distributed for profit in any way.

If the boards aren't the appropriate place to ask this, we can pm in the client or something. I'd like to hear back in the next week or so if possible.

Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Thank you for responding. I think I'll stay on the safe side and just not use it because of this line:

All videos must be made publically available without requiring payment by a viewer or any other restriction on access.

Even though there's no payment restriction or anything, the video won't be going online or anything. We're just showing it alongside the other student films at a one-time premiere event, which really limits access to it. I was only going to use the music during the end credits anyway, so it's not a big deal if I can't.
