strange laugh in dragon pit

So there I was doing my thing in the dragon pit waiting for drag , so I did some laughing (my team was winning), and started dancing, when I heard this strange demonic laughter, and I'm wondering what the duck!! Is this an Easter egg or do I need an exorcist for my pc?

not dragon pit but the river it just happens to be in the river
