Sound Setting

So I was wondering if you guys can "fix" the sound settings with ambience. For example in a game you can hear Sona's music with ambience on. Although its very low even with it maxed. The only way to turn it up is the Sound FX which is very weird, gets louder but makes the other things louder which just ruins it. So I want to be able to turn that background music of her's way up and fullblast because its really good. But yeah can you fix it? Sound FX somehow controls it. Anyways good day to you.
