HUD "Ability is on Cooldown" noise annoying; option to adjust volume for that sound?

When I play Evelynn, I tend to spam the Q button when i'm near a target I want to hit, and I find the "ability is on cooldown" sound to be very annoying. I hear the grating BEEP every time I hit Q and it is on cooldown. My satisfaction with Evelynn is diminished because of this issue. I know that one can lower Sound Effects volume with a slider under audio, but i'm finding this sound in particular to be very annoying, not sound effects in general. Am I the only one who thinks a slider to adjust that sound in audio/ a quieter sound would be beneficial?
