Will it be possible to change to the Japanese VO after the Japanese client's release?

I saw a YouTube video from Riot Games YouTube channel that talked about the voice actors and the upcoming release of the Japanese Client. Being a Japanese person myself, I want to ask if the client can be changed into Japanese because I would love it and it would be easier for me. Thanks!
