Legality and Copyright (Royalty) Of League of Legends Music... Riot Please Answer!

Now i know that Riot does not put their music for profit. I loved the "PentaKill" Album and its still one of my all time favorite music pieces they made. But now with the DJ Sona music comeing out... i was wondering exactly what the exact standard to the "fair use" and use of Riots music. The examples go from the most extreme (stealing) to the minor details of this content. (I use "venders" as your audience/person you are targeting)

Example One: I want to take the song "LightBringer", and rename it as my own personal song that i can use/sell to my venders.

Example Two: I want to remix and rename the song "LightBringer" and use the remixed content as my original song to use/sell to my venders. This will be viewed and labeled as "Original Content"

Example Three: I want to remix and rename the song "LightBringer" and use the remixed content for my original song to use/sell to my venders. This will be viewed and labeled as "Remixed Content", with the original song as the source material.

Example Four: I want to use the song "LightBringer" and use the content for my original idea, (Remixed or Not Remixed) to use/sell to my venders. There is a legal document saying i have permission to use this music.

Excluding examples with "fair use under non-profit reasons", these four examples are some of the big things people need to take into consideration with using "Original Content".

Now out of those examples, what ones can i theoretically do that is under copyright law rules of conduct? I know alot of people want to ask this question, please riot answer me!

Thanks! Frank (FrankTheTank300)

P.S, Can you also help me with my own request as well?

Example Five (My Request): I want to use the song "LightBringer" to add to my original content, it will not be remixed, but the whole song will not be used. There are links to the source material and no legal document saying i have full access to use this song. For now the original content will not be for profit (Fair Use?), but maybe sometime in the future it will.

Only example five would be acceptable use by Riot's standards, at least up until revenue becomes involved. All other examples would require explicit permission from Riot.

Why? A vendor is one who sells. If your customers are businesses, that sounds like you're asking to make quite a lot of money by selling parts of Riot's property.
