Can we please have a way to disable skin sounds or change them to a different scheme?

My ears hate the head hunter sounds. Despite this people play using it all the time. I have to turn off my sound when someone plays it and then I can't hear pings or effect sounds of incoming enemy champs. We really need a way to disable the sounds on just one champ or a way to change it so that their other sound scheme plays. Is this in the works or is it possible to do? If not then I'll just keep losing ranked and give up on LOL altogether. Please HELP!
