Will the Voice pack and Music be permanent?

I find the pirate themed music on Summoner's Rift to be really underwhelming compared to the original track. I don't mind Gangplank's voice, but I rather the intensity that builds up from the original track. I just hope there's an option to bring back the Summoner's Rift theme at least.
