teemo dialog change/ adjustment

Everyone knows teemo as the cute champion that everyone either adores or hate with a passion. he is a slight novelty to the game and is very underrated. his lore shows him as the dedicated, cool, kind, charming, scout with a warm personality, but, in is lore it depicts him " turning deadly serious and highly efficient the minute combat exercises began". with his dialog it just doesn't show that. so i purpose that he has some dialog added and some of them modified. for example one of his more recognizable sayings is "HUP! two, three, four..." in a light hearted tone, maybe this could be change to "HUP! two, three, four... spill their blood on the floor"l. this and many other types of differnt dialog change could be use to show teemo as the "unrepentant killer" that he turns into in summoner's rift.
