Dennis Collins Johnson (Original Voice-actor for Gangplank) was not contacted

In this post regarding the new gangplank rework, besides the visual update, the voice over is completely different, more serious which I'm okay with.

however, when i saw this post from the lol sub-reddit I wasn't happy to see this happened.

the voice actor (dennis) said he wasn't contacted to play apart of the role on the rework and it seems instead that you guys took someone else for the role.

I know dennis' voice-overs could range to the serious raspy note but what happened? why choose someone else for the voice-over?

ps. my first complaint on this forum and apologies if wrong medium to use
