I'm writing this because the old guide I found for this was outdated and I found out how to do this recently. It's also somewhat easier than the old way.

  1. Get Wooxy - http://mapskins.com/wooxy/
  2. Set locale.cfg to ko_KR - Located in your league folder(default in C:/Riot Games)/RADS/system/locale.cfg (open with notepad or anything else)
  • side note, you can set this to any other region code for different languages, here are just a few: en_US: English es_ES: Spanish fr_FR: French de_DE: German it_IT: Italian pl_PL: Polish ko_KR: Korean ro_RO: Romanian el_GR: Greek pt_BR: Brazilian Portugese
  1. Let it download - Launch league and let the files download. You don't have to launch once it's finished
  2. Make new folder somewhere called "Korean Voice Files" (Doesn't actually have to be this but whatever) - Desktop works fine
  3. Go to Korean managedfiles - your league folder/RADS/projects/lol_game_client_ko_kr/managedfiles/
  4. In windows search bar, first type ".bnk" and copy over all contents to the "Korean Voice Files" folder. Then in the search bar, type ".wpk" and copy over all contents to the "Korean Voice Files" folder.
  5. Go to the "Install Skin" section of Wooxy and create a new custom skin
  6. CTRL+A in the Korean Voice Files folder and drag over into the Wooxy skin creation window then wait for them to add
  7. Once finished say yes to the dialogue box and save the skin under whatever name
  8. Highlight the skin and press install skin then wait for that to complete
  9. Once finished, your ingame league voices are now in Korean!

If you run into any problems or have any questions, just ask. P.S. To get old voices back, just uninstall from the "Verify Skin" section of Wooxy
