Voice Chat

So I stopped playing League of Legends 4 months ago, tested dota 2 and one of the BEST things dota 2 has is the Voice Chat(More easily to communicate, you can have more fun with your teammates and if someone just start trash talking you or your teammates theres the Mute Button) ... Why dont Riot put a Voice Chat in League of Legends ?? If theres some grammatical mistake, Im sorry, English is not my main language.
