Kalista does not trigger Shadow Isles Champion generic altar quotes?

I was messing around in a custom game on Twisted Treeline and noticed that Kalista doesn't trigger the altar quotes intended for Shadow Isles champions. I know Evelynn and Thresh are (eventually) getting unique champion quotes for the altars some time in the distant future, but they still trigger the generic quotes for Shadow Isles champions, while Kalista does not.

kalista isn't a shadow isles champ. She's just a ghost of vengence.

It's pretty well implied that she was a general from the Shadow Isles before it came to be what it is now though.
