The skin looks amazing. Lux's best skin to date, and definitely needed!

However, it seems something to complete this amazing theme is missing...

Why no new voice/lines?

got a super hero anime-style skin, and I dare say it's one of the greatest skins in the game simply because the new voice work completes the package. He goes over the top and it makes him that much more fun to play with/against!

I think it would be a disservice to deny that same opportunity to perfect a skin and it's theme. Personally, I'd much rather pay for a Legendary skin for this because I think this theme is more than strong enough to support it!

An all new VO package would bump this skin up into other RP pricing tiers. I'm not on the skins team so I can only give my account of what I know. Skins team has a planned schedule of how many skins to release in each of the RP pricing tiers and usually can't stray from that schedule. Adding an entire VO package greatly increase the scope and development time of a skin and thus increases the RP cost.

So the TL;DR it was determined from the beginning that this Lux skin would be in a particular RP range. Does that make sense?

Rumble's was a legenadry 1820 tier, Lux is only a 1350 tier... there's never new audio for those.

I would pay a lot more if they kept this in PBE and worked on stuff like that. And I'm a frikn Lux main that nearly blew up in kawaii love when i first saw it.

I don't know if someone asked this yet or not ,but when is the approximate release date? I'm just way to excited for this skin (as a Sailor Moon fan).

A lot of her current lines actually don't feel that out of place with this skin.
