Mute player needs to mute emotes too

Just spent 30 minutes trapped in an ARAM with a Blitzcrank that claimed he was too busy @#$%ing my mom to play. That's fine by me, except that mom is apparently into emote spam, as all he did was sit behind the turret laughing. We're supposed to take the high road and mute the trolls, please let us turn them off completely.
