I may have discovered who voices Teemo

While watching DBZ Kai(episode 20) with the gf, Gohan, Krillin and Bulma have just arrived on Namek and Gohan lets out a couple laughs that are IDENTICAL to Teemo's laugh. So I Imdb'd the voice actor and found Colleen Smith Clinkenbeard. Then searched through a bunch of old posts of people trying to discover Teemo's voice actor with no real answer. I'm telling you they're identical! Can someone get a sound sample and verify? I'm no good with that stuff...
