Minor sound effect bug on Frost Queen Janna

The shield makes a wind sound when placed on a target like normal, but when the target is attacked the sound stops. This is most obvious when being attacked by a minion wave, the sound will start and stop repeatedly.

How to replicate: place shield on self (or ally), stand in front of enemy minion wave and listen. I don't know if this happens on any of her other skins, this is the only one I ever use.
