I want to get the Korean voice overs in game right, so I youtubed and google'd tutorials for it. It says open windows explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system and open the file named "locale", then simply change the language code to whatever you want, in my case ko_KR for Korean. I did this, but it proceeds to tell me access is denied. Any suggestions or ideas as to why this is happening?

Klax002saur2 votesYou probably need administrative rights enabled while accessing the file. If you are on Windows 7 then you can unlock the administrative account. It's easy to do just google it.
I've done the process you're talking about and while it was successful for a few games eventually i would just crash over and over.

Piltover Customs1 votesI use korean voices but i still haven't figured out how to change the "multi-kill" "legendary" or any of those. All the voices are in but I couldn't get the announcements to work.
I wouldn't pay money for this, it's pretty simple to swap a file out. I also have the chinese artwork/character's being used. Tons better.
