Launch Sounds (Please Fix!)

Everytime you do an update it changes the volume of league of legends in my mixer from 4 (normal volume for me) to 100 (ear damaging volume) Please fix this as I don't know why it's still an issue. It's been going on for a long while and I haven't even read anything about it. I've never had another application or program do this ever to me so I'm confused as to why you cannot fix this.
