Why waste the money riot?

After seeing a youtube playlist that had every loading screen in lol history, i realised truly how much effort was put into making a screen people see and hear for 10 seconds tops. i reminisced through the first through and then everything else was new to me. i realised. so many other people havent seen or heard the effort put into even a small fraction of these loading screen. so much money must have been put into each one of them. so i have a suggestion for riot.

-----==========> after a certain amount of time after a champion release, why dont you have the loading screens cycle through all of the previous ones? we get to see all the marvels and depictions of champions that riot created, and not have it stored in a zip file on a flash drive in someone's cabinet please notice this -me
