League of Legend Sound Mods

Hello. I am trying to access the League of Legend sound files and hopefully edit them. Is there any way I can do so? I have looked here C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_game_client_en_us\managedfiles\0.0.0.225\DATA\Sounds\Wwise\VO\en_US\Characters and tried to extract it with Ravioli Explorer, but nothing came up. Anybody know? ty in advance -adaptsj
