First off, that is not a very original idea, and I can guarantee that a hundred people before you have thought of it. Second, every idea under the sun has been on this board. Just because someone thought of something "first" does not mean they own the idea. Third, Riot has a hundred skins in the works at any given time and are just waiting for the right window to release them.
You want an obvious skin for an obvious champion? Well the skin is ready done.
