Lore Uaqa a simple yet strange scaly humanoid being,a wanderer of Ionian lands and an explorer of Valoran oceans.Not only explorer but friends of Nami's race and a comrade of fizz's race.when the day came of the disappearance of fizz's kind Uaqa left the Sea's in search of them,alas not in land were they found.At sea he had no luck but what he found on Ionian land was a grim reminder of the world he stands in,without peace and only blood.The day came when he watched a master of Air techniques fall,the mysterious assassin left with haste and Uaqa followed.The assassin struck back during the chase,Uaqa counter attacked with a skill he never knew he had,the ability to use water techniques,unexperienced Uaqa knocked the assassin back,the assassin got away.

Uaqa seeked a master of water techniques,he found one close to a beach,an old man with a staff in hand,slashing the air with water,rising the waves and a dummy struck by gushes of water.They met,they talked,Uaqa trained with the master,his skills vastly improved...until one night the mysterious assassin struck again,quickly slashing Uaqa's master with such a wind technique Uaqa was blasted into the ocean.Hours later Uaqa returned to the beach,only to find his master cold and dead on the sand.Enraged and confused,Uaqa had to keep his masters legacy,instead of a man hunt he joins the league,seeking peace and hopes to find the criminal.

Q:Forceful gush Uaqa sends a liquified form of his staff forward dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (60% ad ratio)physical dmg,enemies who were facing Uaqa are slowed by 5% for a split second and every 3rd gush he applies wet on his enemies and triples the range of gush

CD:3 seconds

W:Twirlpool first activation:Uaqa spins his staff dealing 30/60/90/120/150(30% AD ratio)physical damage

after 1 second he can activate it again second activation:he spins a liquified version of his staff applying wet to all enemies struck,does 50% of the BASE DAMAGE of the first activation

CD:12/11/10/9/8 seconds,CD begins at the end of the cast animation of the first activation

E:One with water Uaqa throws his staff and he can press One with water again to take place the position his staff was in One with water doesn't do any damage but Uaqa gains 10% bonus MR and ARMOR after the teleportation,he doesn't get resistances if he doesn't teleport if the staff collides with a target along the way they become wet

CD:10/9/8/7/6 gets only half effect from CDR

Ultimate:Rising tides After a short delay Uaqa uses the great water technique that his master taught him,he teleports to an area making the ground below him into a deep pool of water,DROWNING HIS TARGETs for a moment dealing 150/300/450 physical damage and stunning targets caught for 1/1.25/1.5,the pool lingers momentarily growing shallower,Uaqa has his passive effects tripled while within the pool

additionally does only 50% dmg to targets that aren't wet and won't stun targets that aren't wet instead non-wet targets are slowed by 25% so as long as they stay within the pool CD:120/100/80
