Two champion ideas: Puntheon, The Pun Maker, and Rella, The Pizza Mistress. (No need to be serious)

Puntheon, (cousin of pantheon) excels at mid lane, dealing magic burst damage. Puntheon's Passive is Terrible Puns Lemme Ashe You A Question! Wanna hear the effects of this passive? it has a zilean of them! Active: Upon using an ability, Puntheon unleases a terrible pun, dealing damage in a cone. This passive has cooldown however. Q: Puntastic Blast Puntheon unleases a pun blast, dealing damage to enemies in a line, and slowing the first enemy hit W: Let's Taco About it! Puntheon taunts an enemy champion, and marks em with a Pun Mark for a few seconds Puntheon's next ability deals bonus damage to that enemy E: Fastest Summoner! Puntheon dashes with the help of the Shurima ascendants, and throws a blast at a target location. R: Grand Punfall Puntheon channels, then unleases his funniest puns making the enemies laugh. Enemies that laugh, are dealt damage and are silenced

Rella, The Pizza Mistress excels at poking the enemy, and helping the allies. Passive: Tasty! Rella's abilities mark enemies with a Pizza Counter. Rella's or any other ally's (except minions/towers etc) make the pizza counter explode, healing the person that made the counter explode. Q: Pizza Slash Rella throws a pizza (skillshot), dealing damage, and adding a pizza counter to the enemy W: A bit o tomato! Rella rapidly throws tomatoes at the enemy, blinding the first enemy hit, and slowing them. E: Cheesy! Rella throws sticky cheese at a target location, slowing enemies that are inside the cheese, and grant a cheese stack every 0.25 seconds Upon reaching 5 stacks, the target gets rooted in cheese. R: The Ultimate Pizza Rella bakes the tastiest pizza in the world, throwing it a target location. Enemies inside the tastiest pizza are taunted, and are dealt damage.
