New support champion passive idea

I call the champion Haeussinger, The Light Giver

Passive- Clairvoyance: Gives both teams true sight of an area chosen by this champion. Area can be changed every 5 minutes. Also gives Haeussinger true sight to all wards placed by Haeussinger for the first 10 seconds of the duration of the ward.
