Game mode suggestion

Myself and a few buddies of mine are in the US Navy, we try to play as much as we possibly can. But in all reality we are only able to play when in homeport, which is not very often in and of itself. But we are also all engineers, therefore take care of the vital necessary equipment onboard our ship to be able to deploy.

Every time we get underway or are working between 10-14 hour days all we can talk about is playing league of legends when we get home. We all count down the days on our underways, to when we will be able to play League of Legends next.

Amongst our many discussions this last underway, we came up with an idea that we were hoping you guys may find good as well. We were hoping there would be a way that you all at riot could look into making an offline mode, so that my friends and I would be able to play underway, somehow set up on a lan connection and play bots or against each other.
