When Will We See a New Bard Skin?

Greetings everyone! I was just wondering if I’m alone when I say that Bard is in need of a new skin. Sure his few skins are brilliant but he doesn’t have many skins. While asking this, it also makes me want to ask why riot never brings in community made skins. I’m sure there’s a good reason but I just don’t know the reason. The reason I bring this up is that tons of Bard mains have made amazing skins (look at the art competition) and fully fleshed them out for in game use so riot wouldn’t have to do much in the development side other than fix some possible bugs. I'm still waithing for my Benevolent Krompus Bard skin, where he collects ______ instead of chimes.

(if you don't know who Krompus is, it's an evil version of santa that kidnaps bad children and eats them) ["Benevolent Krompus" is a play on the "bad santa" idea, in that it is a complete reversal of character]

I once had an idea and concept for a stained glass style skin for him and a few others. The big thing is the sound effects sounding very crackly and glassy, but with smooth tones too. The only would freeze units in a stained glass texture that makes them look like portraits.

I feel ya man but I just feel so bad for people like yorick mains who had to go SIX YEARS without a new skin for their favorite champ. Hell, one of his skins looks like the base still (basically like bard bard. I dislike skins that are so samey to the originals in color scheme...)

I need a Mariachi Bard skin where he has a sombrero, poncho, mustache and trumpet, and i also need a battle boss bard skin because it just rolls off the tongue very well

Give me a candy land themed bard. Q- throws bubblegum/taffy, W- a cake or something, and R- dumps chocolate on the area.
