A new skin for our favorite Tiny Lord of Terror! DREADLORD VEIGAR!

All right so the all powerful MASTER OF EVIL hasn't got a new skin for sometime now so I thought I should bring about this new idea.

We have Dreadnova GP and Darius, so now think about Dreadlord Veigar. He could be the thing that keeps the Dreadnova's up at night. Supreme Terror of the Galaxy, Destroyer of Worlds. his E could bring up twisted black towers with a red blaster shield for the stun. His R could be a Deathstar sized blast of fiery death. What do you guys think would this be a fitting skin of the MASTER OF EVIL.
