Improvement to the Spectate client

I've always wanted to be able to watch the champion select live when i spectate games, similar to the LCS. I felt like staring at a static champ select screen was too boring for 2 or 3 minutes but I understand the need to create a delay, so here's my idea:

Enable the champ select screen to be spectated live and play 2-3 minutes of ads to account for the delay in the game. Pros: Source of revenue Allows for champ select spectates

Alternatively, you could also just allow spectating of the champ select along with the delay but if it were to be live then it would allow for nice discussions with people who weren't in the game. (i.e. watching a friend play while you're on skype/curse/ts)
