Arcade xayah and rakan!

Ok so, i was thinking of some new skins and i thought of arcade xayah and rakan! As in, Rakan and xayah's feathers glow in a pixel rainbow pattern, And the ability's could also have this theme. I personally think it would be a really nice skin set for Xayah and rakan and i would love to see it. Thoughts?
