Daen the Hextech Cyborg
After revisiting my last champion concept I decided to flesh out another idea I've had for a champion. This one has a special kit that gives him slow, but very strong, attacks. Note, all of his abilities will have moderately long cool downs.
Daen the Hextech Cyborg
An apprentice of Professor Cecil B. Heimerdinger, Hector Daen had befallen a terrible accident that left him in a vegetative state with most of his body disintegrated. Seeking to save his apprentice, Heimerdinger sought out the help of Viktor in desperation. The two collaborated together to rebuild Daen into something more than just a man. Daen later placed limits on his new body the two scientists had gone overboard in creating in order to better take on his new role as a guardian of the people.
Passive:
Hextech Engine - Daen's Attack Speed is fixed at 0.5 attacks per second. Bonus Attack Speed improves Daen's engine's efficiency, converting every 1% of bonus Attack Speed into 1 Ability Power and 1 Attack Damage.
Q:
Discharge Punch -
Passive - Daen's basic attacks deal bonus damage equal to 50%/60%/70%/80%/90% of his Ability Power.
Active - Daen turbo charges his next basic attack, causing it to deal bonus damage equal to 90%/100%/110%/120%/130% of his Ability Power instead and stunning the target.
W:
Seismic Jump - Daen jumps to a distant location, slowing all surrounding enemies where he jumped from by 50%. Upon landing Daen deals 100/150/200/250/300 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage and slowing surrounding enemies by 65%.
E:
HexShield - Daen creates a shield that absorbs 60/90/120/150/180 (+20% Ability Power) damage for 3 seconds.
R:
Core Overload - Daen emits a field of electricity around himself that deals 30/45/60 (+20% Ability Power) magic damage per second to all surrounding enemies for 10 seconds. During this time Daen is slowed by 25% of his Movement Speed.
