Chat in LoadingScreene

When the champselect starts countdown form 30 berfore the game start. He have a lot of funn in the chat.. but to make it more funn and get some time to plan the game in a chat in loading screene? cause, you dont have that time to chat With Your teamates in champselect or in the game... cause in the game you would lot more farm and do other stuf instead of standing in turret to type. and i champselect you need to pick a champ an ban champs... why not a loading chat?
