Draft Pick Concept to get rid of Autofill

I'm not sure how difficult it would be to write a program for this, but I would like to see dynamic queue switch to this idea. Everyone sets their preferred rolls from most wanted to least wanted in a setting menu then when they queue it assigns teams using an algorithm to get everyone the highest wanted position possible. For example, my order would be support > top > jungle > mid > adc.

If I was the programmer I would make it so it searches for the first roll only to make teams for the first minute of queuing and then every 30 seconds it adds in the next roll down the line while still prioritizing the first choice. I think this would make it extremely rare to get your last pick outside of the highest ranks, thus doing away with autofill.
