Concept: Smurf Que

Lvls 1-29 have an extra report buttion that is for smurfs if a player has High scores/cs/objectives they can be reported the button is only clickable if they have a +7 score or like 20 kills after 10 reports that player is not notified but is moved to a Que full of other people who are smurfs as to let the players that dont know what they are doing to learn in the normal Que without having to be turret dove by the 33/1/0 yasuo on the other team. The smurf Que would bring riot new revenue from new players bc i can tell you new players quit by lvl 10 bc 60-90% of people with non lvl 30 accounts are smurfs and honestly pretty scummy so this que should come in under the radar to save your company bc old players are quieting and new players get stomped out and hate the game before they ever honestly play the game if you dont your company is gonna burn so id listen to the community (not the 70% of dikes that need to go back to COD) but the people actually trying to help OK
