Give Illaoi a Jamaican skin. She deserves it.

It's pretty obvious that Illaoi is from the islands, and, as such, I will NOT rest until she gets a Jamaican themed skin. Ideas would include giving her a heavy Jamaican accent and even some lines in Patois. Have her reference Bob Marley and turn her tentacles into giant dreadlocks. When she grabs someone with her E, one they become a vessel, just fill the screen with unnecessary amounts of ganja.
