Chinese?

How come there is so much more effort put into the Chinese splash arts over ours? Even comparing them side by side, Hell even the voice overs are amazing. It seems like they care a lot more about their customers and quality of what is released. I mean over here its basically - Patch release - some more shit drawn by a 13 yr old, Fixed 1 bug. Accidently created 4 more because we did not test it. GL till next patch!
