[Champion Concept] Elandra - Keeper of the Dells

ELANDRA THE KEEPER OF THE DELLS

Hi again, here's another champion concept, let me know your thoughts!

PASSIVE – EARTHBOUND

• Innate: After not moving or issuing a movement command for 1.5 seconds, Elandra’s next basic attack gains 150 range, deals [10 – 120] (based on level) (+50% AP) bonus magic damage and roots the target for 1.25 seconds.

Q – BRAMBLE PATCH

• Active: Elandra raises a patch of brambles over 1 second. Enemies within the brambles take 15/30/45/60/75 (+30% AP) magic damage each second and are slowed by 28/34/40/46/52%. Enemies who are moving take twice that much damage. If an enemy dashes through the brambles, they are immediately dealt an additional 50/80/110/140/170 (+60% AP) magic damage. Brambles persist for 4 seconds.

W – GRAPPLE ROOT

• Active: Elandra plants a seed at a location. After 1 second, it blooms into a plant. If an enemy champion strays too close to the plant, it will grab them and throw them a set distance in Elandra’s direction, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AP) magic damage. After 4 seconds, if the plant has not grabbed a target, it will lash out around itself dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AP) damage to surrounding units before expiring. Being thrown through brambles will trigger Bramble Patch's dash damage.

E – EARTHEN PASSAGE

• Passive: Elandra gains (6%/7.5%/9%/10.5%/12% AP) bonus armor and magic resist.

• Active: Elandra encases herself in rock and moves effortlessly through the earth, emerging a short distance away. Movement with this ability pauses, but does not reset, the wind up of her passive.

R – WRATH OF NATURE

• Toggle: Elandra renders herself immobile and over the course of 2 seconds, a patch of wild natural energy expands out around her. Enemies within range take 30/60/90 (+75% AP) magic damage and 10%/20%/30% (+0.5% per 100 AP) of the damage is returned to Elandra as health.
