CHAMPION CAP

When are you guys going to put a limit on the amount of champions that are available in the game? There are currently 141 champions to play, and you bring out about 3/4 a year?? Since you're losing players to PUBG, Fortnite and other games, why not stop trying to maintain a changing atmosphere to the game, and focus on fixing the many champs you already have and that people play?Urgot Galio

Amen couldn't have said it better myself.

Like fuck imagine next year when there in 150 champs how could you ever reach "balance"

Also one of the biggest things ive realised recently, the aim of league and patching etc to be more balance reach a certain "goal" how the fuck can that happen when that same goal keeps changing eg. Tank junglers ie. Juggernaut meta, hydra top lane etc etc its shit.

Because the big reworks that completely change the champion's are reaching the end, and the lesser reworks (visually mainly with less gameplay updates) will start. Galio Evelynn Aatrox Urgot Yorick . This means that soon enough, if they don't make new champions, nothing new will hit the community besides cosmetics and events. Don't you like to get new champions with new unexplored mechanics? Also, if you're referring to balance issues, you must understand that the teams that make and design champions and balance them are not linked with the people that balance games and champions. I would like you to explain the Galio and Urgot.

I mean, that IS what they're doing, though. They've slowed down on the amount of Champions they're releasing in order to dedicate more people and time to the rework teams. In case you haven't noticed, they're focusing a lot on game balance this year, as well as reworks. They're close to fixing the only-adc-and-support-in-bot issue (they need a bit more tweaks to make marksmen and supports still viable there together while keeping them not the strongest), and most junglers are relevant rn. They've also been looking at fixing complaints that a lot of people have this year (age-old complaints about mage items, etc). Not to mention, as BornToBeAhriGod had said, the balance and Champion design teams are different and not linked together by anything besides communication between them-- otherwise, they don't work together at all. Also, I don't see what's wrong with Galio and Urgot. Urgot and Galio are a bit unplayed, yeah, but I'm pretty sure the reason behind Galio is mostly just meta shifts. Tanks are out of season rn.
