To the point:

  • I want Soraka to be the dedicated healer with a more chill and relax gameplay to her and just be enjoyable and not involves mechanics, but decision making instead. More master-mind, methodical gameplay.

  • I want Soraka to feel satisfying to play, rewarding to play, not be frustration to play against (very, very important to keep in mind), have her gameplay feel engaging for the player, and have her interactive with the enemy team.

  • Remove the stupid health cost on her heal. This discourages her from interactive with the enemy team and stops her from doing her main job, which is supposed to be healing, there is a better way to balance out the healing and in a cooler way for the player. I like gameplay, not forced restrictions (outside of mana management and/or cooldowns), but I don't want to punish or discourage the player from doing what they should be doing.

  • Introduce skill expression for Soraka. Offering ways for the player can choose how they want to play, while teaching new players how to be a support with harassing the enemy, healing / helping your team, have proper positioning, and showing the player just because the ability is available that you do not need to use the ability.


Attack Range: 550 units Movement: 340 units per second


Star Call (Passive):

Cooldown: None (restricted to ability cooldown and/or mana); Range: 550 units

Soraka summons down a star at the closest enemy to her, prioritizing champions, dealing 25 - 60 (+50%AP) magic damage whenever she casts an ability. Healing an allied champion summons down 3 stars over 0.75 second against the same enemy, dealing 45% damage each.

Star Barrier (Q):

Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds; Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 mana; Range: 550 units

Soraka puts up a barrier that surrounds her for 0.75 second, revealing stealth champions, brush, and past terrain 1400 units away. Allies in the barrier are healed for 5/10/15/20/25(+10%AP) more health from heals, shields, and other buffs against them.

Star Call: Soraka summons down stars to all enemies around her, dealing 80% damage each.

Passive: Star base damage is increased by an additional 5/20/35/50/65 magic damage.

Astral Blessing (W):

Cooldown: 1.5 seconds; Cost: 45+ mana; Range: 900 units / global

Passive: Soraka charges her Astral Blessing over 60 seconds [affected by CDR], increasing the potency based on the charge. Soraka has a minimum of 20% charge. At 98/91/84/77/70% or greater charge, Astral Blessing's cast range has unlimited reach.

Whenever Soraka casts Astral Blessing within 7 seconds, the next cast costs 45 more mana, up to 450 mana per cast.

Active: Soraka heals the target for up to 40/105/170/235/300(+200%AP) health.

Equinox (E):

Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: 600 units

Soraka darkens the area around her, blinding and silencing struck enemies for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.

If no enemy champions were struck, then Soraka and struck allies gain Moon Armour for 4 seconds, granting 11/12/13/14/15%(+5% per 100AP) damage reduction and increased healing.

Shining Star (R):

Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 600 units

1st Cast: Soraka shines brilliantly over 5 seconds, healing herself and nearby allies for 40/80/120(+60%AP) health per second, 50% healing for the first 2 seconds. Maximum 3 stars get called from Star Call regardless of how many allied champions are healed per tick.

2nd Cast: During the first 2.5 seconds, Soraka can end the effect early and stun nearby enemies for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds.
