Can we please get a champion with the old Karma passive?

I know basically everyone hated the old Karma (except for me) but you have to admit her old passive was one of the best in League. For those of you who don't know what it is it gave Karma additional AP based on her missing % of HP. What this meant was that if you chased Karma down she could give herself a HUGE shield plus if she ulted and Q'd she gained back all of her missing health ensuing team clean up from her other four team-mates.

Another idea to bring this to life is to attach old Karma's abilities to her Traditional Skin so we could basically have two in one. Please Riot, bring me back my baby. <3
