Lore : Back in the times where Summoners still tread the lands of runaterra , inside an unknown City , flourished a humble society children playing and enjoying the verdant paradise while living in homes designed to accomodate nature and the loving breeze and gentle sunlit steps that comes with it . " now now children frolic all you want but dont hurt yourself by doing so " Elusmus saying in a gentle manner , the people have alot of respect for him he is the most talented battle monk after all , despite his gentle demeanor . Elusmus is adept in Martial arts a free spirit and is talented in Alchemy aswell for him it is a tradition and an art to be preserved and respected , another person who is almost the same rank and stature as him in the way society sees it is Palaxius their views and philosophy is quite different and is almost the exact opposite , despite those differences their subtle rivalry keeps their bond afloat , " Velpher ! stop jumping from branch after branch to catch those twin tailed swallows that nest around the trees , at once ! " Palaxius said almost in an angry annoyed manner , " but i also want to be as fast and nimble as Lee ! " velpher said in a somehow frustrated manner , Lee sin was 3 years older than velpher that time and he was already a prodigy and prefers to spend his time in the hollow halls of ancient books where he can learn about alot of things in isolation , while Velpher lives in the moment , enjoying 1 day at a time to the fullest , he is quite the happy go lucky young boy . young velpher is Palaxius' son while Lee sin is related in bloodline with Elusmus but he isnt his father , as the years went by and as boys mature as men Velpher learned that something is pretty special with his right eye , he hasnt shared it with anyone . He can effortlessly see things very far and also focus on very near objects and details , he can see through the walls of houses if he focus enough and can see vulnerable points in the human body where he knows will hurt them the most , combined with martial arts he knows he will reach heights and recognition and he may even stand a chance to beat the ridiculously talented Lee , he also befriends a beautiful girl with lush black hair named " Valihi " and it didnt take long for the two to fall inlove . from there on out , their lives was spent in peace , training , reading books and learning alchemy Velpher is now a respected Monk and his combat prowess has been honed to a point where anyone who challenges him could not land a single strike towards him as he can clearly see the strikes coming towards him with great detail coming from his right eye , he gained access to spatial awareness rivaling the rare millenia Cactus , a creature that has eyes in every direction , they are found in the outskirts of their land and are very rare , they immediatedly burrow so far into the ground if they spot someone ( considered a delicacy for the nobles ) in return Velpher beats his challengers with 2 very violent blows , it his own trademark move and even made up a name to call it , how was it made possible ? it was because of his peculiar right eye he can see two spots of immense vulnerability in a certain part of the stomach area and also another spot just slightly to the back of one's Forehead , it was also during this time where Lee and Velpher can finally fight in an official fashion but the day before they could do so , ended in tragedy and trauma for Lee due to the downfall he caused for biting off more than he could chew by chanting a teleportation spell gone awry , severing a child's body in the process and only the remnants of the child's foot lay in front of him as the spell ends swiftly as it has started .

the next day.. as the sunlit paths fade and the sunset winds caressed the beautiful land Velpher stumbled upon Lee sin in their main gates , " you know what you're doing is unneccessary right ? " Velpher spewed , " i have - , i want to atone velpher even if we clash in the middle of everyone im afraid im not in the state to give you the combat you much so desire with me , farewell good friend . it grieves me so that everything turned to this.. look at our lands , it is pure beauty , peaceful and full of knowledge.. ive stepped my limits.. i was cocky vel.. i may not look like it or show it.. maybe people here see me as a monk of focus and control , but im actually volatile.. daring.. and thus the consequences came with it , i hope you dont follow my footsteps " Lee sin said while tears well up in his eyes as he makes his way in some far away Capital , Velpher was left with no words . he spent his days in routine training and didnt think much of alchemy and books that concerns it , Palaxius though stern and grumpy , admired and is in favor of Valihi and his son's love , as Elusmus deteriorating health leaves him bed ridden , Palaxius assumed Leadership of the people . Palaxius pays Elusmus a visit , before he can say anything , Elusmus blurted " Palaxius my dear friend.. im afraid i dont have much time.. , that cavern under the cliffs which i sealed for many years is weakening and i fear i wont be around when it breaks.. , we might have to resort to relocating ourselves and our brethren dont you think ? " to which Palaxius replies " Please dont envelop me with those mushy emotional strifles , you know it isnt my thing Elusmus . maybe i should hand over the Book of Dusk to you and fulfill its required ritual to bring back your Vitality ? although i wanted it for myself but it seems like you need it the most right now with your sorry state . we've known each other for so long yet you havent told me about the caverns you've sealed by the cliff "
Elusmus chose to look the other way , " id rather not share it with the people and not even with you Palaxius , atleast not yet as it will send our people and even you.. great distress . " Palaxius glares at Elusmus with his Stern gaze and stormed out of the room , " He still retains his childish demeanor during serious matters , it sickens me , just what are you sealing inside that cavern Elusmus ? is this something not even all of us can be prepared for ? Palaxius to himself while walking along the Halls .
" Marriage vel ! " Valihi randomly and cheerfully blurted out while Velpher's head lay upon her lap while basking in the gentle breeze , " w-what ? i did not expect that , hahah still.. id be more than happy to , you always cheer me up despite Lee leaving towards the capital . I.. i wouldnt know how to deal with it if you werent here by my side all the time " Velpher said then proceeds to share a loving kiss with Valihi Days past , the whole village rejoice in preparation of a Wedding between velpher and valihi , when the ground suddenly shakes , toppling the night torches and lamps all around their land as an unsettling Pale Childlike humanoid float upwards from the cliff , its head ticking to the side in an eerie manner , instilling dread to the monks in training and even the guards , it suddenly lunges towards the guards , impaling them with tentacle like appendage absorbing them dry and every life it takes from this fashion it swells and explodes giving birth to two more of its kind , as the chaos continues , Palaxius and Velpher noticed and stormed out to help , leaving valihi in her own quarters worrying . Palaxius on site immediately uses Alchemy to summon 5 flying familiars that are ruthless in nature and started darting towards the pale children , as he also prepares himself to combat them , strikes and kicks reverberates in the night sky , Palaxius was thunderous , the creatures explode left and right or would be sent flying downwards by the steep cliff , while Velpher tries his best to keep them at bay and killed some of them aswell , the Pale children couldnt manage to impale him as he manages to dodge the attacks , but as the pale children swell in size , both of them and even the guards and monks is losing morale and doesnt have the stamina to sustain a fight of that nature , for these entities they arent even fighting , its just feeding for them a banquet . their once beautiful lands now infested with these things with Palaxius last bit of strength he gave Velphur the tome of Dusk and told him " i entrust this to you , its a dangerous tome one that can change you entirely , and our people might even hate you or change how they look at you , but its for you to decide i just wish your heart will remain the same , helping nature that ive once hated but admired.. because it reminds me of my past but Elusmus changed my outlook and also my heart son.. this is all i could give you . Palaxius then turns focuses and steels himself for one last attack , leaping high in the air as flames envelop his body it momentarily turning him into a crimson phoenix , he screams on the top of his lungs " RED LUCIFER RISING ! " the flames sever his body into 8 flaming blades that descends and lunge towards any Pale child it can find , disintegrating them into a pile of black ash , with Palaxius now gone , velpher Mourned for days , angry even blaming Lee about what happend , " He couldve helped us fend those things off !! where was he when we needed him most ?! out there in some Capital ! atoning and burning his eyes out !? " After his anger and mourning ended he decided to practice the Tome of Dusk's contents , revealing strange new methods and even Martial Artes so violent and Fatal that momentarily appalled him , but while also learning that in order to finish Grasping the Dusk artes he must perform a sacrifice , to either offer the tome someone that he loves dearly , or something from his body that he takes great pride in . and at that moment he knew he would never be able to turn from this once he takes this path and also he would have to give up marrying Valihi , he could never kill her and offer her to the Tome . so instead he gouges his right eye out in front of the Tome , he screams in pain and kneels as blood starts to spurt from his eye socket , as the eye is inveloped in a black redish shadow and is immediately absorbed by the Tome . it explodes into a ball of redish black shade and immediately infusing with Velpher , Darkening his body , turning his hair strands rich Platinum , he begins to feel his muscles heightened and hardening possibly 15 times as more capacity in enduring and Fatal potential he once had , and most of all he gained full control and harnessed Dusk artes . he left the land and its people , leaving Elusmus and Valihi behind .

From there on out he roamed runaterra , helping people in dire danger , while also actively Hunting down and learning about the origins of the Pale humanoid creatures that Elusmus sealed in the Cliff caverns of his homeland , Even Elusmus himself have no knowledge about these creatures except he just had to seal them when he came across them nesting in the caverns . evenutally Velpher made a name for himself although somehow more Infamous than famous , people started calling him " The Dusk Monk " as everytime he's around and in combat , they are met with a display of Fatal Martial artes and flashing Jetblack shadows with a Redish Hue , ground shattering combat alongside Illusions that eventually become real . He isnt the same Happy go Lucky boy from before anymore , he is now a man of resolve and ambiguity .

Abilities : champion passive Dusk : affected units will take 6% - 12 % ( based on level ) more physical damage from Velpher , lasts 5 seconds , also he uses a resource bar consisting of dusk coins , ( 4 max ) upon reaching 3 dusk coins his ( Q ) and ( E ) will become empowered

" Dread Turn " ( Q ) : performs a swiping roundhouse kick in a crescent cone in front of you , dealing 80/ 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 physical damage + 20% bonus attack damage , empowered effect : kick will swipe twice in quick succession , will apply " dusk " and slow enemies 30% for 1.5 seconds range : 300 , Cooldown : 9 / 8 /7 /6 / 5

" The Dusk above " ( W ) : after a brief 0.25 sec wind up , Velpher leaps towards a designated location , upon landing deal 110/140/170/200/230 Physical damage + 15% of bonus attack damage , enemies hit directly below velpher will be knocked up and anyone affected in a circle shattered ground around you will still take the same damage but will only be afflicted with " dusk " instead of being knocked up . Range : 1100 , Cooldown : 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12

" Raja of dusk " ( E ) : immediately gain 0.50 sec invisibility , 50% movement speed while invisible , and the ability to pass through units , also upon resurfacing you will generate 1 dusk coin ( enemy units you pass through will apply " dusk " ) , empowered effect : Raja of dusk can be cast twice before going on cooldown but the second cast will not generate a dusk coin . Cooldown 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 secs

" Verethragna " ( R ) : after a brief delay conjure an unstable ball of dusk in front of you , causing you to immediately dissappear along with it for 1.5 secs ( also this is the only same time window where you can choose a position spot before the group of clones appear and start walking , a formation HUD will appear from you to choose from ) then reappear with 10 clones of himself in a circle formation while walking slowly forward in a stern and menacing way for another 1.5 secs ( enemies would have to choose the real you , the clones will also have the same HP and resistance as you and while walking you are completely vulnerable and can be bursted down this is considered as channeling and you may not cancel it during this time ) a champion that kills a clone will be have " Dusk " applied to them , after the walking duration you will regain 50% of the total health you lost and your next 2 basic attacks will be empowered , the effects are as follows

  • gain 50 % attack speed in both of these attacks

  • the first attack ( animation wise ) is a Fatal body crushing Elbow strike to the stomach , which deals 150 + ( 10% bonus AD ) + 12% current health of Target hit

  • second attack ( animation wise ) is a leaping somersault transitioning to a Fatal and life ending Axe kick crashing down to the target's Head , which deals 150 + ( 10 %bonus AD ) + 12% Missing health of Target hit . also , enemies affected with " Dusk " ( animation wise : hardens the dusk afflicting enemy units effectively rooting them ) will be rooted in your vicinity for 1.25 secs ( the Aoe is exactly like nunu's ult range just 30 % wider ) and moving towards a Dusk rooted champ for the first time will cause Velpher to Lunge and reappear instantly beside them in basic attack range .

  • empowered basic attack flat damage per level : 150 / 200 / 250
    - Cooldown 120 / 105 / 90

Sorry for my tardiness, I've been getting a lot of long hours and strange activity at work. As for the analysis...

I think your base damages are too high, and your damage ratios are too low. Especially on your Q, since with 45% CDR you're spamming these babies almost every other second. I know this is partially because E does no damage, but it's far easier to balance ratios than it is to balance base damages, and you should leave plenty of room for your build to feel impactful, especially in the mid and late game.

Ultimate seems...odd. Not bad, but odd. I feel like the clones should be more impactful, and I feel like with this "array", people will easily locate the real you by just knowing how the ability works. I also think the extra attack empowerments are both a bit lackluster from an aesthetic perspective, and a bit extra from a gameplay perspective. I'd shift power to the clones somehow...but I'm not really sure what to suggest for exactly how to change this because most of the ways I can think of would be far more complicated and still also far too predictable.

Okay, so here is my take:

First off the E seems VERY much like a mini Kha'Zix R, especially while empowered. Which brings me to the next point... How do his coins work? He gains them but it never says that he USES them, like spending the coins. Does an empowered ability cost 1 coin? It also seems weird that he has 2 empowered abilities and one of the empowered ones IS the one that gives him his coins. Does it become empowered if it grants the 3rd coin on cast? Or do you need to cast it again?

From his kit I imagine him being an effective jungler, and building lots of Health items, maybe Black Cleaver as well. His ratios are pretty low(75%), as getting 5 Blood Thirster's (400 bonus AD) will only give him 300 bonus damage on his FULL combo(not including his base attacks). So building AD is just simply a bad choice for the most part, which makes him go full tank bruiser. I would look at Rek'Sai? if you're going to keep the bonus AD ratios as his only ratio, and want him to have the option of building AD. Rek'Sai has a total of 415-600% bonus AD on a full combo(2,400 bonus damage), so I think going around 350-400-ish % would be fine.

His R is also kind of weird, as there is no downfall to attacking clones? Or anything? You can literally just wait and let your abilities cooldown and then all-in him after he is done. Or attack with AOE damage. If he uses it in a team-fight then he just becomes useless for 3 seconds, which is enough time for like 3 people to die. The most I can see it being used for is tower diving? Visually it would be kind of cool but mechanically it doesn't seem to accomplish much.

W seems fine for the most part, it has a HUGE range for a non-ultimate gap closer with CC, but he needs that with his current kit. Q is fairly standard and I guess is his main jungle farming tool.

Overall I suggest to BUFF his ratios, and tweak his R around so that a jungler has uses for it? Or whatever role you imagine him being played in. Right now the MOST useful thing is just vanishing for 1.5 seconds to avoid a Jinx Rocket or whatnot.
