[CHAMPION CONCEPT]: Leena, Spirit of the Moon

Leena, Spirit of the Moon Role - Assassin (1st); Mage (2nd); Support (3rd) Basic Attack Range - 125. Basic Attack Animation - Fan slashes. Abillities: Passive - Blessing of the Moon Grace: Leena receives a movement speed and attack speed buff and ignores unit collision for a short duration when she uses an abillity. Her abillities can be cast while moving without interrupting her movement. Jade Moon Hare: Leena can purchase or sell items from anywhere and her Jade Moon Hare companion will fetch them. When the Hare reaches the store then returns, the transaction completes. Only one item can be purchased or sold in this way at a time. Leena can also send her Jade Moon Hare to a location to scout the area, granting her vsion; but by doing so it becomes targetable by enemy champions. If Jade Moon Hare dies it goes on cooldown. Q - Crescent Moon Dance: Passive - Basic attacks lower this abillity's cooldown. Active - Leena flings a crescent moon in an arc, dealing magic damage and reduces magic resist to all enemies in its path. If Leena hits a unit with Crescent Moon Dance, she gains a small burst of movement speed. W - Allegro/Entrechat: Passive - Leena receives bonus attack speed. Active - Leena dashes in a target location, silencing and dealing magic damage to all enemies in her path. After a short duration Leena can activate Etrechat to jump back gracefully at a short range to the direction she casted Allegro, dealing physical damage and stunning all enemy champions at her landing spot. E - Echappe: Passive - Leena receives bonus percent tenacity and is able to pass through units. Active - Leena removes all disables on her and her basic attacks deal bonus true damage equal to a percent of her abillity power. Her attacks cause spiritual energy to damage enemies behind the initial target, dealing magic damage. R - Moonlight Waltz/Sakura Snow Storm: Passive - Increases Jade Moon Hare's item capacity with leveling up Moonlight Waltz/Sakura Snow Storm. Active - Leena performs an evasive spin dance. She is unable to be hit during the action. For each tick of damage from an ability that was avoided, Leena restores Mana to herself and her allies. When the duration ends or by reactivating Moonlight Waltz Leena twirls, scattering flowers around her, healing herself, granting movement speed to all nearby allies and damaging nearby enemies. Sakura Snow Storm also reduces the healing of all nearby enemies, their movement speed, attack speed and range of sight.
