Updated Champion Concept: Psych, The Daredevil

Thanks to Kitty1309 for letting know that I still had some work to do. But I have gave it some thought, and I'm certain that I am a lot closer to making Psych as unique as possible.

Before I go into the ability changes, I would like to say that I have decided to change his title from The Daredevil to The Maniac. His lore and fighting style aren't anything like a stuntman, and more like someone that has completely lost his marbles. Also because his silhouette is similar to the classic cartoon character, Popeye the Sailor man. Today I even came up with a song for Psych that he could sing as his joke. The tune of the song is the same as Popeye's theme, the lyrics are:

I'm Psych the Maniac, I'm insane to the max, I'll rip you a new one And I'll rip you another one, I'm Psych the Maniac.

Now for my newest attempt at making his kit more unique. Stats Range: 200

Passive Thrill thresholds are named. Gains stat upon reaching said threshold. Removed healing from losing Thrill after leaving combat. Rushed: Thrill is at least 50, but less then 100. Psych gains a 50% Tenacity and 25% MS. Thrilled: Thrill is maxed out at 100. Psych gains double the bonus he got from Rushed.

Q: Chains of Mayhem Lose mobility, gain a new trick Q: Chain of Mayhem Cost: 4% of current health CD: 2 charges, 16/15/14/13/12 second recharge Range: Pull 700, Throw 200 Psych throws a chain out in a line, latching onto terrain or an enemy unit. If he latches onto terrain, he pulls himself to it. and gets refunded three-quarters of the cooldown. If he latches onto an enemy unit, he deals the chain will deal 40/45/50/55/60 (+0.4 AD) magic damage to the enemy If the enemy is still alive, than he will follow up by pulling himself to the enemy, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+0.8 AD) physical damage upon impact to all nearby enemies. If he latches to an enemy champion within basic attack range, Psych will throw the champion over himself instead of pulling himself to it. The champion will be flung to the same distance on the opposite side of Psych. Psych will turn around as he throws the champion. Upon hitting the ground, the champion--along with any enemies in the zone of impact--will take 80/90/100/110/120 (+1.2 AD) physical damage. Thrill Level at least 50 and less then 100: Adds a 2 second stun that is applied upon the initial damage. Thrill Level at 100: Increases the secondary damage by 50%. Rushed: Increase initial damage by 25%. Thrilled: Increase the range of the secondary damage by 100

_New_W: Stolen Chains Either put the dukes, or drain mana. You decide. Toggled ability. Toggled Off: Increase AD by 5/10/15/20/25% Rushed: Increases Life Steal by 10% Thrilled: Every 4th basic attack will stun for 0.5 seconds. Toggled On: Increases the range of Psych's basic attacks and Chain of Mayhem by 50/100/150/200/250 (basic attack range becomes 250/300/350/400/450, Chains of Mayhem's Pull range becomes 750/800/850/900/950 and Chain of Mayhem's Throw range becomes 250/300/350/400/450). Additionally, Psych's basic attacks will steal 1% of the target's maximum mana. Psych is healed for half of the mana stolen this way. Rushed: Increases the maximum mana stolen to 2.5% Thrilled: Increases the maximum mana stolen to 5%.

Note: The central idea of this ability is the chain's origin. They were stolen from a Demacian armory, therefor was constructed with Demacian steal. Demacian steal interacts with magic in unique ways, so Psych's chains should as well.

Party Jump Nothing changed Range: 600

New R: AGAIN!!! Cost: 5/7.5/10% maximum health CD: 120/90/60 seconds Range: 200 Psych kicks a champion in the chest at full force (as if he was kicking down a door). The champion takes 25/37.5/50% of his/her maximum health as physical damage, and is knocked back to 400 units away from Psych. This will also reset the cooldowns of Psych's base abilities. If the champion survived the kick, than Psych will become Overjoyed, turning green and gain a shield equal to 10/20/30% of his maximum health for 5 seconds and be refunded half of the CD of AGAIN!!! If the champion did not survive the kick, than Psych will become Upset, turning red and gain a 30/45/60% bonus AS and 50/75/100% bonus MS.
